Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveying Manager (client side) to lead the commercial management across a portfolio of high-value Data Centre and institutional projects.

The role requires extensive experience in cost control, procurement strategies, contracts, and stakeholder relationships from inception through completion. Experience in client-side roles and MRICS/MHKIS qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in quantity surveying and commercial management.
• Experience in Data Centre, institutional, or large-scale projects.
• Must have client-side experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contract administration, cost planning.
• MRICS or MHKIS or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and cost management across multiple projects.
• Develop cost control budgets and financial reporting frameworks.
• Manage procurement processes, tender evaluations, and contractor appointments.
• Oversee contract administration, claims management, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor expenditures, forecasts, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
• Manage external consultants and commercial stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and company procedures compliance.
