Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MRICS, PRS, or ACIArb are highly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a senior commercial role with a main contractor on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, cost control, and commercial management.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts, procurement practices, and dispute resolution procedures.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
