Job summary

Legend Interiors Limited is seeking an experienced professional to oversee building services installations, monitor progress, and coordinate on-site activities for interior fit-out projects. The role requires leadership and strong communication to liaise with clients and subcontractors in a fast-paced setting.

Based in Kowloon Bay, the candidate should have 5+ years in E&M for fit-out projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

Degree holder in E&M or related Engineering disciplines.
At least 5 years practical experience in E&M project in fit-out contractor firm.
Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels.
Able to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Self-motivated, innovative, able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
Experienced in Catering Project is an advantage.
Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and check building services installations, working schedules, procedures, quality control and project planning.
Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Coordinate all on-site work.
Occasionally night work is required.
