Job summary

Legend Interiors Limited is seeking an experienced professional to oversee building services installations, monitor progress, and coordinate on-site activities for interior fit-out projects. The role requires leadership and strong communication to liaise with clients and subcontractors in a fast-paced setting.

Based in Kowloon Bay, the candidate should have 5+ years in E&M for fit-out projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in E&M or related Engineering disciplines.
• At least 5 years practical experience in E&M project in fit-out contractor firm.
• Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels.
• Able to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, innovative, able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
• Experienced in Catering Project is an advantage.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities
