Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group in Hong Kong invites an experienced Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager to oversee building services projects in Kwai Chung. You will liaise with clients and main contractors, monitor progress and site safety, and assist tender preparation.

Requirements include a Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, 8+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years supervisory, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related Engineering disciplines.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in supervision on E&M Building Services contracts.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, main contractors and internal parties to ensure smooth project daily operations.
• Monitor progress and site safety in line with contract and statutory requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
