Job summary

Better Payment Network (BPN) seeks a senior leader to expand its Latin America payments network, focusing on Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. You will align with financial institutions, PSPs, acquirers and fintechs to drive strategic partnerships and revenue.

You will own the LatAm merchant acquisition strategy, structure commercial terms, and close complex partnerships with a view to scalable cross-border flows and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments, fintech, banking, acquiring or cross-border payments in Latin America.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian, Mexican and Argentine banking ecosystems.
• Strong senior network across banks, PSPs, acquirers, fintechs and merchants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own FI network across Latin America, starting with Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
• Build strategic relationships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, VASPs and other licensed institutions.
• Identify partners for collection, payout, FX and stablecoin settlement.
• Structure partnerships with commercial terms, use cases, pricing and payment flows.
• Own LatAm merchant acquisition strategy and originate large merchants and payment flows.
