Job summary

Fano Labs is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with Account Executives to drive revenue by qualifying opportunities and advancing them to closure. You will lead demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, and technical validation activities, addressing prospects’ critical needs in Language AI, Compliance, and analytics.

Role involves developing solution proposals, coordinating with the sales team, and delivering live or remote presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales experience selling to enterprises.
• Strong understanding of public cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure).
• Familiar with Telecom, Cloud Architecture, Speech Analytics and NLP.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying sales opportunities and discovery of business challenges.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prove value.
• Provide an overview of architecture and product capabilities.
• Lead the creation of new demos and products for market needs.
• Coordinate technical validation events with presales and prospects.
• Share selling and technical experience with the Presales team.
