Job summary

Fano Labs seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI implementations and act as a strategic partner for key client accounts in Hong Kong. You will own delivery excellence and drive account growth, ensuring AI products deliver measurable efficiency and expand Fano Labs' footprint within accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, CS, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
• 6–8 years of project management experience in software development, system implementation, and enterprise technology delivery; 5+ years managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
• Demonstrated account management experience including ownership of client relationships, growth, retention, and executive stakeholder management.
• Prior experience as an IT consultant or client-facing consulting capacity is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise AI and digital transformation projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline and business objectives.
• Translate client requirements into scalable solution designs, leveraging product capabilities and best practices while driving governance and delivery excellence.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership across projects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, drive relationship management, customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop account strategies aligned with clients' business goals, conducting regular business reviews and guiding adoption of Fano Labs' AI solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with the sales team to drive upsell, cross-sell, and account growth.
• Mentor PMs, BAs, and delivery teams, promoting governance standards and continuous improvement in project execution.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams on solution planning, project estimation, and delivery strategy for new and existing opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines, an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 6-8 years of project management experience in software development, system implementation, and enterprise technology delivery, with a minimum of 5+ years managing multiple concurrent enterprise-scale projects.
• Demonstrated account management experience, including ownership of client relationships, account growth, retention, and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Prior experience as an IT consultant or in a client-facing consulting capacity is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing enterprise project including cost, timeline, resources, user expectation management, vendor management, contracts, and change management.
• Sound knowledge of application development, system implementation, integration technologies, and technical architectures.
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development lifecycles, and the ability to understand and translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized; flexible and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML technologies, microservice architectures, and containerization (Kubernetes & Docker).
• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise AI products to regulated industries (financial services, telecommunications, public sector).
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks for operational support.
