Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited is seeking a Landscape Architect / Deputy Landscape Project Manager in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or related discipline and has at least eight years of relevant experience, including site construction exposure.

Responsibilities include overall project management, on-site coordination with contractors, client and consultant meetings, and preparation of drawings and design presentations; BIM/Lumion experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Post-qualification in project management experience preferably gained in landscape or related discipline consultancy firms or developers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Knowledge on BIM and Lumion will be advantage.

Responsibilities

• Frequent coordination with contractors to resolve technical issues on site.
• Responsible for overall project management, and maintain project quality and time control on landscape works.
• Frequent meets with clients and consultants in decision-making role.
• Preparation on drawings and design presentation.
