Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd invites applications for the role of Assistant Project Officer on a 3-month contract. A bachelor degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines is required, with a minimum of two years' relevant work experience.

Experience with shopping mall renovations, project monitoring, and building maintenance is preferred. Candidate should be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Comment on routine shop re-layout and provide solutions for technical E&M issues.
• Assist in feasibility study of new shopping mall provisions/systems.
• Draft regular technical reports/documents.
