Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Professional registration (HKIE / CEng) is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in PM within MEP for labs/hospital projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; strong English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between lab users and external contractors/consultants.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Propose lab layout designs based on user submissions.
• Ensure requirements are clearly captured and integrated into plans.
