Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Executive to support the Growth of the Gain City Learning Academy. You will plan, coordinate, and implement learning initiatives to develop employees’ skills across departments.

The role involves managing training programmes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth learning activities while partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers for impactful development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of Learning & Development or Training Administration experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture frameworks, funding, and grants (SSG, e2i, WSQ) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end training programmes for the Learning Academy.
• Identify training needs with business units and align initiatives with goals.
• Liaise with external providers for funding and grants.
• Manage training schedules, attendance, logistics and feedback.
• Maintain training records and reports in line with ISO and audit requirements.
• Help develop and review SOPs for the Learning Academy.
• Support onboarding sessions, workshops, and learning events.
• Explore new learning tools and resources to boost engagement.
