Zusammenfassung

CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Branch) is seeking a KYC and CDD professional to conduct, review and analyse information to ensure new client accounts meet local regulations and the bank’s global procedures.

You will apply strong knowledge of KYC processes and manage associated legal and operational risks. You will prepare KYC Due Diligence packs for new clients, ensure documents are collected and kept up to date, and support management with ad-hoc duties while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of KYC review and client relationship management experience in Private Banking.
• Ability to multitask with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

Aufgaben

• Conduct, review, and analyse information to ensure KYC and CDD requirements for new client accounts comply with local regulations and the Bank's global procedures.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and proficiency in KYC processes, with a high awareness of legal, compliance and operational risks.
• Prepare KYC Due Diligence packages for new clients accurately and promptly, and ensuring quality standards are met for review by AML Committee, Compliance and Management.
• Ensure KYC Due Diligence documentations are properly collected, maintained and kept up to date in the Bank's records.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
