30050 FactSet Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Client Solutions Associate who is proficient in Korean to join their Hong Kong office. This role includes a 6-month training program aimed at preparing you for a client-facing position in the FinTech sector. The selected candidate will work alongside Investment Managers, Hedge Funds, and Wealth Managers across North Asia.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or finance professionals with less than 3 years of experience.
• Strong interest in finance or FinTech industry and in data & technology solutions.
• Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge base across FactSet business, products, and clients.
• Communicate with impact in person and over video calls.
• Define key industry terms and concepts important to clients.
• Manage a group of accounts after training.
• Answer day‑to‑day client queries and provide creative solutions.
