FactSet Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Client Solutions Associate Korean Speaker in Hong Kong. You will enter a 6‑month training program and then support investment professionals across Hong Kong and North Asia with FactSet’s data and tools.

You’ll build deep knowledge of products, interact with clients via calls and in person, and customize solutions to fit client workflows. Fresh graduates welcome with strong finance interest.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics.
• Business-level Korean and English required.
• Fresh graduates or finance professionals with less than 5 years of experience.
• Strong interest in Finance or FinTech and data solutions.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep knowledge of FactSet products, clients, and workflows.
• Communicate effectively in person and via video calls; present and speak publicly.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover client needs and build solutions.
• Demonstrate product lines and train clients and groups.
• Visit clients regularly to provide face-to-face support and training.
• Work on longer-term projects to deliver value from the product suite.
• Provide creative problem solving and answer day-to-day queries via helpdesk.
