FactSet Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Client Solutions Associate who speaks Korean, with strong English skills and a finance or FinTech interest. Fresh graduates or professionals with under 3 years’ experience are welcome.

You will develop client-focused solutions, master product knowledge, and support clients across Hong Kong and North Asia. You will participate in a six-month training program, engage with investment managers, hedge funds, insurers, and wealth managers, and enjoy benefits such

Formación

• Business-level Korean and English required; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Fresh graduates or finance professionals with less than 3 years of working experience; a bachelor’s degree in preferred fields.
• Finance/FinTech background or strong interest in data & technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create solutions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
• Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel) and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge across FactSet products, clients and industries.
• Communicate effectively in person and via video; improve presentation and public speaking.
• Ask insightful questions to uncover needs and craft solutions.
• Define industry terms relevant to FactSet’s clients and services.
• Utilize product knowledge to tailor solutions for client workflows including Excel modelling and portfolio analysis.
• Manage client accounts and ensure value realization from FactSet products.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide training to individuals and groups.
• Visit clients to provide on-site support and build relationships.
