Client Solutions Associate – Korean Speaker – Hong Kong Office
The Client Solutions Associate role offers a 6‑month training program to prepare you for a client‑facing FinTech position. You will work with Investment Managers, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and Wealth Managers across Hong Kong and North Asia. What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep knowledge base across FactSet business, products, and clients.
- Communicate with impact in person and over video calls while mastering presentation and public‑speaking skills both internally and externally.
- Ask effective questions in various situations to gather information, uncover needs, and create solutions that foster collaborative and consultative partnerships.
- Define key industry terms and concepts important to FactSet’s clients to become an industry expert.
- Use advanced product knowledge to identify and implement solutions specific to client and user workflows, including Excel modelling, company research, and portfolio analysis.
- Manage a group of accounts after training, ensuring the relationship is healthy and clients derive maximum value from FactSet software.
- Customize solutions to fit individual client workflows and ensure efficient and accurate decisions using FactSet data and tools.
- Demonstrate product lines to clients and provide software training to individuals and groups.
- Visit clients regularly to provide face‑to‑face support, training, and relationship building.
- Work on longer‑term projects with clients to enable them to get value from the FactSet product suite.
- Act as a problem solver, providing creative solutions to client queries through the helpdesk.
- Answer day‑to‑day client queries and provide creative and complex solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Business‑level Korean and Mandarin speaking proficiency (Korean required).
- Fresh graduates or finance professionals with less than 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Economics preferred).
- Background or strong interest in finance or FinTech industry and in data & technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to devise creative solutions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client‑facing skills.
- Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and databases.
