Job summary

Profile Executive Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Korean-speaking Client Servicing Manager for its Asia client coverage team in Hong Kong.

You will service Korean institutional investors such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, coordinate with investment, distribution, product, and compliance teams, and drive a seamless client experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in institutional client servicing or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of institutional investment products and servicing processes.
• Experience with pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurers and financial institutions.
• Native or fluent Korean, with strong English communication.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with regional teams and manage multiple stakeholders quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Korean institutional clients and manage relationships.
• Oversee client onboarding, account openings, and mandate implementation.
• Coordinate with investment, distribution, product, legal, compliance and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and consultants.
• Support client meetings, reviews, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor client satisfaction and assist in retention initiatives.
• Drive service excellence and enhance the client experience.
