MEXC Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to grow the US Equities and Crypto business across Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will drive user acquisition, trading volume, and market expansion.

You will identify, recruit, and manage local KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, introducing partners, brokers, and strategic partners to expand the user base. Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and financial partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management.
• Experience with Crypto exchanges, US equities, securities, Forex, CFDs, or other trading platforms preferred.
• Strong network of KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, brokers, or partners in HK and Taiwan preferred.
• Solid understanding of US equities, crypto, and trading products.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a strong plus.
• Experience in Crypto/Web3 industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow the US Equities and Crypto business across Hong Kong and Taiwan, driving user acquisition, trading volume, and market expansion.
• Identify, recruit, and manage local KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, introducing partners, brokers, and strategic partners to expand the user base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, trading communities, financial partners, and Crypto/Web3 ecosystem players in HK and Taiwan.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and VIP teams to execute local campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs across both traditional financial markets and Crypto to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve business targets, including user acquisition, trading volume, partnership development, and revenue growth.
