MEXC Group in Hong Kong seeks a senior leader to drive the US equities business. You will shape strategy, oversee product development, and expand market presence while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk management.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing; build partnerships with US brokers and data vendors; and monitor market trends to grow trading volume and user engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor-level education in finance, economics, or business with a strong analytical background.
• Proven ability to manage and scale a business line in financial services.
• Deep understanding of US equity markets, trading mechanisms, and settlements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the US equities business, including product positioning, business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion.
• Drive development and optimization of US stock trading products, covering account opening, market data, trading execution, funding and withdrawals, corporate actions, and user experience.
• Monitor US equity market trends, regulatory developments, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to identify new business growth areas.
• Establish and manage relationships with US stock brokers, liquidity providers, market data vendors, clearing firms, and other strategic partners to support business operations and expansion.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure the business operates in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, licensing obligations, and internal risk management policies.
• Oversee trading operations, transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, and service quality. Monitor key business metrics, including trading volume, active users, revenue, and customer retention.
• Coordinate product, engineering, operations, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams to drive business initiatives and ensure effective execution.
