Job summary

SGS Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts, drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Fluency in German, English, Chinese, and Mandarin is preferred.

The role offers a 5-day work week, performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in account management or sales.
• Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Multilingual: German, English, Chinese and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and writtenGerman, English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is an advantage.
