Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Hong Kong Branch is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support Relationship Managers in developing and managing key client relationships in Hong Kong, ensuring efficient administrative support for activities in the corporate desk.

The candidate will assist with client meetings, credit applications preparation, and compliance with regulatory processes, while leveraging English and Mandarin language skills to engage with reference customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• University degree or postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Experience in Front-Office roles.
• Preliminary understanding of the relevant Risk Categories.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Analytical ability to perform financial statement and market analysis.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Advanced Mandarin and/or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing reference customers and corrective actions.
• Support relationship managers in profitability, commercial, and risk objectives for reference customers.
• Support relationship managers in client meetings.
• Handle tasks related to the preparation of Credit Applications (excluding the Credit Proposition).
• Perform administrative activities and checks related to clients under management (team-based).
• Interface with clients to manage and resolve issues and requests.
• Ensure quality of tasks and adherence to deadlines, including urgent transactions.
• Ensure proper client management in compliance with processes and regulations.
• Handle other tasks for the Corporate Desk as assigned by Head of Corporate Desk and Head Office.
