Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its Data & AI practice. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to business development in a fast-growing sector.

• Writing compelling job advertisements and talent attraction campaigns.
• Advising clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and market insights.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.

The Opportunity

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant within our Data & AI practice, you'll be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates while managing recruitment processes across specialist technology markets.
