We are seeking a sales-oriented and target-driven professional capable of building and nurturing strong relationships across existing and new businesses. • Deliver quality service to clients and candidates.
• Managing your own candidate databases and delivering excellent, pro-active customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met.
• Filling multiple vacancies to varying lead times as requested by clients, with suitably skilled candidates by sourcing the ideal candidates to place in client vacancies.
• Understand client operations and challenges appropriately.
• Arrange meetings with candidates to understand their background and experiences.
• Utilise modern recruitment techniques to connect with candidates.
• Be creative in your approach when networking with businesses and candidates.
• Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any worthwhile information to the client, candidate & internal Business Development team.
• Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Preferably someone with previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Combined with a strong drive and work ethic.
• Commercial acumen and the drive to achieve goals will also be critical to your success.
• This role will suit a people person, you will be given the trust and autonomy to build these lasting relationships.
• Experience of working in recruitment is desire but not essential as full training is provided
