Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Talent Matching: Identify, screen, and engage potential candidates for specialist IT and AI roles using job boards, professional networks, and modern sourcing tools.
• Relationship & Account Management: Build strong connections with clients and candidates, managing expectations throughout the hiring journey.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Administration: Manage interview scheduling, maintain candidate pipelines, update CRM/ATS records, and coordinate offer rollouts.
• AI-Powered Recruitment: Utilize AI search tools, automated workflows, and digital platforms to optimize candidate matching and streamline daily workflows.
• Continuous Learning: Actively stay up-to-date with emerging tech trends, AI skill sets, and industry shifts (full internal training provided).

What We Are Looking For

• Background: Proven experience in Sales, Sales Administration, Business Development, or Agency Recruitment.
• Open to Non-IT Recruiters: Previous agency recruitment experience in non-IT sectors is a huge plus! We are fully committed to training you in IT and AI recruitment.
• Tech-Savvy: Prior experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, n8n etc.) to enhance productivity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Adaptability & Drive: High energy, organized, and excited to learn in a fast-paced market.
