Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong seeks a Recruitment Consultant to own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from winning new business to delivering placements. You will cultivate relationships with clients and candidates, develop your market presence and become a trusted advisor.

You will build a strong professional network, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to a high-performing team culture with Ambition's PRIDE values at the core.

• Own the recruitment lifecycle: Manage assignments from initial job brief through to placement and beyond.

• Develop your talent network: Build strong candidate relationships and maintain high-quality talent pools within your specialist market.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or a relationship-driven role
• Agency recruitment or talent acquisition experience is advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence in building meaningful relationships and influencing stakeholders
• A commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer experience
• Self-motivation, resilience and a drive to achieve results
