Job summary

A technology consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Network Operations Support professional for a three-month contract. The role involves daily technical network operations, coordinating with vendors, and facilitating system operations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of solid working experience in network/system maintenance and IT operations support.
• Proficient in IP network administration and security appliance management.
• Professional certificate holder (CCIE/CCNP/JNCIA etc.) is preferred.
• Professional certificate holder (CCIE / CCNP / JNCIA etc.) is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Daily technical network operations

• Facilitate daily system and operations control as directed by the supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid working experience in network / system maintenance and IT operations support, in particular network / system management, IP network administration, and security appliance management
• Proficient in FortiGate firewall, SonicWall firewall, H3C / Huawei / Juniper network switches, LAN / WAN and Internet technologies
• Experience in enterprise Wi-Fi implementation
• Professional certificate holder (CCIE / CCNP / JNCIA etc.) is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
