SW8723 |27 Nov 2024 Infrastructure Support Engineer (25-35k)

• WAN: Have a basic command of router configuration, port configuration, and routing table configuration. Fault locating and network optimization management capabilities; [Bonus: passing the HCIP, HCIE, CCNP, and CCIE certifications];
• LAN: Have a basic command of the basic configuration, VLAN division, and port configuration of the Layer 3 switch. Be familiar with the usage of network management software such as Cacti and WhatsUp. And have LAN planning and management capabilities;
• Local wireless network: Be familiar with the common commands of the radio network controller and the methods of wireless network optimization and network planning. Familiarity with Huawei network management software, such as CampusInsight and eSight, is preferred.
• Equipment room related: Have a basic command of the UPS capacity design, space layout design, strong current design, ventilation design, and fire safety management design. Get familiar with the names of UPS manufacturers in the industry.
• Server and operating system: Have a basic command of disk array configuration, hardware fault identification and troubleshooting, Windows, Linux, VM OS installation, and common Windows service configuration (such as DHCP and DC).
• Project management: Have experience in IT equipment room construction planning and management, new IT weak-current project planning and management, and new product introduction and introduction.
