We are connected to over 1000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods, on one payment page.
We are seeking a detail-oriented operations role to support daily funds management, settlements, and back-office tasks in Hong Kong.
Qualifications
- Valid working permit/Hong Kong citizenship - a must
- Good level of spoken & written English - a must
- Korean or Hindi speakers - a plus
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, G-Suite
- Attention to detail, strong organizational & time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement via learning and adapting to new protocols
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations
- Manage inbound/outbound volume processing
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Communicate with service providers regarding workflow and issues
- Monitor and handle messages, notifications, and updates from service providers
- Form daily tasks per region as per internal schedule
- Fund management: monitor balances, forecast settlements, currency conversions, internal transfers
- Record keeping: update records, prepare invoices, reconcile balances
