Job summary

Master Concept Group is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to translate client needs into actionable data requirements and coordinate a portfolio of data projects across Asia Pacific and Europe.

You will lead discovery sessions, document business requirements, and produce clear specifications for engineers. The role blends client management with hands-on analysis and collaboration with developers on analytics implementations (GA4 and GTM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, marketing, or computing.
• Experience translating business needs into data requirements for analytics projects.
• Experience with client-facing roles and requirement gathering.
• Familiarity with GA4 and GTM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and gather requirements for analytics and data platforms.
• Translate business requirements into measurement plans, event definitions, and tracking specs for engineers.
• Coordinate timelines, risks and decisions across concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with developers on implementation of web and e-commerce analytics (GA4/GTM).
• Write clear status updates and perform QA to ensure data accuracy.
