Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Digital Project Support to assist in planning and coordinating digital transformation and customer experience initiatives. You will gather business requirements, support UAT, and track defects while coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

The role focuses on GA4 analytics to measure website performance, generate insights, and prepare dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Digital Projects, Digital Marketing, Web Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or banking industry is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation and customer experience projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support UAT preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
