Job Description

• Engage clients to translate their business problem statements to outcome-driven enterprise data analytics solutions and strategy and ensure delivery excellence in projects by leading requirements gathering with a team of data analysts, engineers and scientists.
• Client-facing interaction including providing analyses, recommendations, presentations and advice to clients
• key evangelists to engage the various level of people, including technical team, channel partners, business users and C‑suite executives, to deliver innovative points of view and value messages.
• Organizes and leads proposal pursuit teams, participating and leading all aspects of the proposal development process.
• Lead design thinking workshops to engage stakeholders at all levels to define analytics use-cases in sufficient detail
• Drive Requirements Lifecycle - Lead requirements gathering with interdisciplinary project teams that combine technical, business and data science competencies to deliver work in waterfall or agile software development lifecycle methodologies
• Translate the high-level functional, technical requirements and initiatives into tangible, detailed requirements for developers. This can be in the form of ui/ux design, process flows, or functional specifications for data science, data visualisation, data management engagements.
• Support Development and Testing - Support developers and testers by providing the first level of functional clarifications during development and prepare UAT test cases for testing phase.
• Develop the data consulting competency by designing frameworks, tool‑kits and accelerators to deliver data strategy, data governance and end to end data consulting projects
• Build a team of junior data analysts and actively engage in business development to articulate Data Consulting value proposition and differentiator.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics or analytics etc.
• Three years of experience leading consulting pursuits, projects and requirements gathering workshops
• Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following Analytics technology stacks as well as familiarity with a broad range of solutions for visualization, advanced analytics, data ingestion/transformation, storage and hosting and willingness to learn new ones on the job.
• Knowledge in Data Management, Governance & Storage: Alteryx, SAS, Collibra, Informatica, Cloudera, Hortonworks Data Platform is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Data Visualisation: Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, SAS etc
• Statistical/Data Science programming and Tools: DataRobot, H2O.ai, Dataiku, SPSS, R, Python, Anaconda distributions, Jupyter is an advantage
• Proven track record in program management around integration, scope, cost, time, resource, quality, risk, procurement, communication and stakeholder management
