Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Sous Chef in a Japanese restaurant.
• Proficient in Japanese language for effective communication.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Diploma in Catering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in menu development and food preparation.
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
