Job summary
A well-established large organization is seeking an IT Support and System Administrator in Hong Kong. The role encompasses configuring and maintaining local network systems, administering servers, and implementing IT security policies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations. English communication skills are necessary, and Cantonese/Mandarin is mandatory. This position offers autonomy in shaping IT strategy and direct interaction with senior leadership.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of hands-on IT operations experience with broad infrastructure exposure.
Strong knowledge of IT security policies, managing firewalls, IDS/IPS.
Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin are mandatory.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain local network systems (LAN/WAN, VPN).
Administer servers and virtualization platforms.
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
Design and enforce IT security policies.
Manage email systems, VoIP, and collaboration tools.
