Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT System Engineer/Support to monitor enterprise systems, provide tiered IT support, and manage lifecycle processes. The role covers hardware, software, and office automation tools with emphasis on reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma in IT, at least 2 years of hands-on experience, and relevant certifications; strong Windows/macOS/Linux knowledge and AD competence are required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support, system administration, or data center operations.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA or ITIL are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, performance, and security of enterprise systems, servers and network.

IT System Engineer/ Support ( Listed Company/Up to 30K + bonus)

Monitor the health, performance, and security of enterprise computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and office automation tools across the company.

Manage computer equipment lifecycles, including hardware diagnostics, component repair, procurement, and seamless replacement work.

Maintain inventory management for IT assets, software licenses, and access control credentials.

Liaise with service provider and vendor for troubleshooting

Requirements

Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or data center operations

Possession of professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA or ITIL will be a distinct advantage.

Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office suite / Microsoft 365 administration.

Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN) and active directory management.

Self-motivated team player with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
