Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, MS 365 & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users onsite and remote.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, network, servers and IT assets inventory.
• Support MS Office, O365 and email systems; manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory).
• Assist in IT project coordination and implementation.
• Provide basic end-user training and cybersecurity awareness.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
