The role requires 3-5 years in IT project support, an associate degree or above, and hands-on experience with ICT projects, security compliance, and backups. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• On-site operation support for Government projects.
• 3 years ICT and mobile solutions project experience.
• 1-2 years IT Helpdesk support experience.
• Experience with server virtualization, VDI, VPN, storage & backup.
• Coordinate projects across App Dev, Infra and business units.
• Present project updates to senior management.
• Support audits, risk assessments and security standards.
