Job summary

Linnovate Partners Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to design and implement scalable system architecture aligned with the company's needs.

You will support servers, virtual machines, and networks across multiple sites, and drive cloud deployment and business continuity planning. The role involves managing IT projects, coordinating external vendors, providing guidance to distributed teams, and ensuring performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supporting MS Azure, M365, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Certifications in MS, AWS, Linux, or network-related areas are advantageous.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SOC2, ISAE3402 audit processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system architecture aligned with the company’s needs.
• Provide IT infrastructure support for servers, VMs, and networks.
• Drive IT infrastructure projects such as cloud deployment, BCP, and multi-site maintenance.
• Manage IT projects including PC upgrades, network design, IT security, and end-user support.
• Provide technical guidance to team members located in other locations.
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management.
• Handle system and network performance tuning.
• Coordinate all outside support vendors.
• Install and maintain operating environments for different office locations.
• Manage and maintain the network for multiple sites.
• Respond promptly to IT support problems and document actions.
• Occasionally participate in weekend support roster for infrastructure changes.

Job description

• Manage IT projects, including PC equipment upgrades, network design and implementation, IT security, and end-user support.
• Provide technical guidance to team members located in other locations.

• Manage and coordinate all outside support vendors.
• Install and maintain operating environments for different office locations.

• Respond promptly and effectively to any IT support-related problems.
• Document all reported malfunctions and the actions taken in response.
• Occasionally participate in a weekend support roster for infrastructure changes.

QUALIFICATIONS
