Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited is seeking an onsite-focused support professional to install, configure, test, and troubleshoot systems at events and facilities in Hong Kong. You will manage inventory, logistics, and data reconciliation for both pre- and post-event activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role covers application support, maintenance, and user inquiry resolution, with exposure to AWS, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in system support or application development.
• Hands-on exposure to networking and printer setup.
• Solid experience with MongoDB queries and aggregation pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of iPads, laptops, networking, Raspberry Pi, and printer configuration.
• Exposure to application development using AWS, Android, iOS, Node.js, GitLab CI, RESTful APIs, DevOps practices, and Linux is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Manage pre- and post-event inventory, logistics, and data reconciliation.
• Coordinate infrastructure and equipment with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain ERS applications for stable, secure, and reliable performance.
• Monitor systems and resolve application, data, network, and hardware issues.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors on enhancements, maintenance, UAT, and rollout.
• Handle local and overseas user inquiries through to full resolution.
• Prepare operational, management, and ad-hoc reports.
• Validate data via checks, reconciliation, analytics, and verified attendance records.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
