Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in system or application support with networking/printer setup.
• Solid experience with MongoDB query and aggregation pipeline.
• Practical knowledge of iPad, laptops, networking, Raspberry Pi, and printer configuration.
• Exposure to AWS, Android, iOS, Node.js, GitLab CI, RESTful APIs, DevOps, and Linux is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support services at event venues and coordinate equipment with vendors and internal teams.
• Support pre-event and post-event activities including inventory control and logistics.
• Maintain and support the event registration system and related applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve application, data, network, and hardware issues.
• Work with inhouse teams or vendors on enhancements, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Handle local and overseas user enquiries and follow through on business requirements.
• Prepare various operational and management reports and maintain technical documentation.
