Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT Operational Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support for major venue events, including system configuration, testing, and hardware setup. You will troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless experiences for participants and organizers.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre- and post-event logistics, inventory control, data reconciliation, and maintaining application systems for security, stability, and high performance.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in application support, system operations, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB query and aggregation pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Node.js, RESTful APIs, GitLab CI, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and onsite technical support for major venue events, including system configuration, testing, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event logistics, hardware inventory control, infrastructure setup, and data reconciliation.
• Maintain, monitor, and support application systems to guarantee security, stability, and high performance.
• Liaise with vendors and software teams regarding application enhancements, maintenance releases, user acceptance testing, and operational readiness.
• Resolve local and overseas user inquiries, managing technical issues through to resolution.
• Generate operational, management, and ad-hoc analytics reports while performing regular data validation checks.
• Maintain technical documentation, operating guidelines, and knowledge-transfer materials.
