AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. seeks a Head of IT Division to lead technology strategy and operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and innovative IT solutions for credit and loan operations.

You will oversee core systems, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance while driving AI transformation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years in IT leadership, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services or consumer finance.
• Strong knowledge of full IT services lifecycle including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in AI strategy and implementation preferred.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and regulatory compliance.
• Prior working exposure in Japanese Company is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional related qualification is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the IT strategy and shape the roadmap to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop an AI adoption roadmap to embed automation into core business processes, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
• Oversee core card & loan systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance.
• Review and manage contingency plans for all IT systems in alignment with compliance and business requirements.
• Integrate AI-powered solutions into company operations and customer personalization etc. to improve organizational efficiency and reduce risk.
• Manage IT policies, standards, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Lead IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection and PCIDSS frameworks.
• Lead projects on automation, fintech integration, and digital customer platforms.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, optimizing resources for strategic priorities.
• Execute effective management of the IT team & vendors
