Job summary

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. is seeking a Head of IT Division in Hong Kong to lead the company’s technology strategy and operations.

You will oversee core card and loan systems, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance to enable secure, efficient credit and loan operations, while guiding AI adoption. The role requires a proven record in IT leadership, large-scale projects, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience in financial services or consumer finance.
• Strong knowledge of full IT services lifecycle including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in AI strategy and implementation preferred.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and regulatory compliance.
• Prior working exposure in Japanese Company is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional related qualification is an added advantage.
