Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead digital transformation and AI initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on strategy, implementation, and continuous enhancement of enterprise AI platforms, automation solutions, and digital services.

The candidate will work with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to shape the AI and digital transformation roadmap and drive adoption with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading digital transformation, enterprise application, AI, or innovation-focused technology initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting AI-powered applications and automation solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong background in integrating enterprise applications, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI workflows, AI agents, automation platforms, self-service portals, or digital customer/user experience solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale technology projects.

Responsibilities
