Job summary

Chubb is seeking an IT professional to monitor and maintain production applications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure reliable system delivery.

The role requires strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze user requirements, document specifications, and perform system testing and upgrades. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential for effective cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2 years’ relevant working experience in production system support and issue management.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet schedules.
• Technical experience using relational database, web services, workflow system, intranet portals, .Net programming is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English.
