Job summary

St. James’ Settlement is seeking a capable IT professional to support the digital platform for the Early Detection and Intervention for Children and Youth in At-Risk Families Project (EDI Project) in Wan Chai.

You will gather business requirements, assist in system implementation, and coordinate UAT and vendor follow-up to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, English and Cantonese proficiency, and experience with CRM systems, case management,

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in IT, computer science or information systems.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, application support, CRM implementation, testing, or IT project coordination.
• Experience in requirements gathering, UAT, issue management and user support.
• Familiarity with CRM, case management, workflow, reporting or data systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Cantonese is required.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and user requirements.
• Support system implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate UAT, issue tracking and vendor follow-up.
• Provide user onboarding, training and first-line system support.
• Manage user access, system administration and documentation.
• Monitor system performance, data quality and user feedback.
