Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an ItProject Manager(SW I) on contract to lead the End-to-End delivery of the EDI Project digital platform for at-risk families. The role requires translating business needs into technology solutions and coordinating NGO partners, users, project teams, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT project management, strong business analysis and governance knowledge, and English and Cantonese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, IS, or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years’ experience in IT project management, with 3 years in leadership or vendor management.
• Proven experience managing medium-to-large IT projects.
• Strong skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, testing, and project delivery.
• Experience in Salesforce, CRM, case management, data integration, or analytics.
• Knowledge of data privacy, information security, and governance practices.
• Experience in NGO, social welfare, healthcare, or public-funded projects preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese; Cantonese required.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the EDI Project digital platform (4 years project).
• Gather and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Coordinate NGO partners, users, project teams, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and quality.
• Oversee system design, testing, deployment, and enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for project governance bodies.
• Supervise external vendors and the IT Project Officer.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
