Job Description
- Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and transformation projects, including planning, execution, and closure
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables following Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, track Capex and Opex, and support procurement processes
- Oversee infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades, cloud deployments, and platform enhancements
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and act as the key communication point for stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure or transformation projects
- Hands‑on experience managing infrastructure‑related projects such as networks, cloud, or enterprise systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP are highly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
