IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a 12-month contract for complex application migration and revamp initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in IT project management, strong vendor management and expertise in CI/CD, secure-by-design practices, and multilingual communication (English, Cantonese, Mandarin).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience, especially in application migration or revamp projects.
• Experience with process re-engineering and private cloud / PaaS environments.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Proven track record leading medium-sized project teams.
• Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple application migration projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery within agreed timelines.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditure and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security and organisational policies.
• Oversee implementation, testing, validation and successful deployment in line with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of managing complex application migration or revamp projects.
• Experience with process re-engineering and private cloud / PaaS environments.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Previous experience leading medium-sized project teams.
• Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Project management certification or relevant formal qualification is an advantage.
