Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects throughout the implementation cycle, from gathering users' requirements to project planning, monitoring, and problem solving.
• Analyze business requirements and control costs.
• Perform vendor management and take responsibility for the entire system implementation, solution testing, training, and service documentation.
• Maintain a positive attitude and good communication for people management, ensuring that the engineering team provides efficient and productive service and minimizes talent lost.
